Hello, this is a problem that I experienced once and now is haunting me.
Once I was playing PUBG (Player Unkown Battle Grounds) when I accidently pressed Alt+Tab (I think my pc has the minimum requirements), the game crashed and after that the whole screen turned red, then it shuted down.
I turned on my pc again and it was everything fine, until I tried to alt+tab again, this time and every next one the monitor instantly disconnects from the pc and the only way to turn it on again is turning off the pc, and re-connecting both the monitor power and the Dvi cable.
This problems occurs almost any time I try to use alt+tab in PUBG, and once it happened (the monitor disconnection) when I was in Overwatch's lobby.

Please I need help because I can't find a solution or even what's the problem.

CPU - Intel Core I3-3220 CPU @ 3.30GHz
RAM - 8 GB GDDR5
PSU - 700W
GPU - Radeon RX 460 with drivers updated

Red screen of death is a graphics card error only.

what make/model is the power supply? What motherboard do you have?

games run in their own desktop, so when you alt tab, windows has to load the normal desktop instead of the game and it seems your PC doesn't like switching.

I highly doubt that you have 8gb gddr5, that is what is on your graphics card maybe, no PC uses GDDR5 for ram.

Ok maybe the RAMs are DDR5, the power supply is Mega 700 Atx. About the mother board it's Intel version AAG23116-302.
Everything besides the graphic card is 4 years old.
I can add that I detected that my graphic card uses none of the 2 fans until it reaches 50°C but I think that it always worked like that.

I think this is your motherboard - http://ark.intel.com/products/54876/Intel-Desktop-Board-DH61WW
as this is your CPU - http://ark.intel.com/products/65693/Intel-Core-i3-3220-Processor-3M-Cache-3_30-GHz

you have ddr3 ram, like me.

GPU would be set up to do that, its fairly normal

I can't find anything on that Power supply. Makes me wonder if its the problem.

Can you download HWINFO64 and run it
when it starts, click button that says sensors only
in next screen, there should be a button called logging start
try to play that game and see if it happens as usual.
save the logs and upload them to a file sharing site and show a link here.

First ,thanks for the help, I really apreciate it, I have now the HWinfo.
Minutes ago the disconnection problem happen after I started and closed the game (PUBG), sadly I wasn't running HWinfo. So I rebooted the pc.
While I was searching for a way to automatically save the logs , launched HWinfo and the monitor suddenly disconnected again (I wasn't even running any game).
Rebooted and ran the game with this program working until the issue apeared, I have this log now.

Your CPU core temps are getting a little high, as both cores and exterior of CPU hitting 75C. Might want to clean heatsink and clean dust out of case. GPU isn't getting that warm though.

power doesn't appear to be the cause. I can't see anything, but maybe its the temps causing PC to shut off screens, but can you still hear music when they go off?

Yes i can hear everything, it's like if the monitor just unplugs. Sometimes I hear the hardware disconnection sound, sometimes the monitor not disconnects but it "blinks". I should clean the dust, tho I recently renewed the refrigeration gel of the processor.
I'll clean on this monday and see what happends, thanks for the help.
