PC Powers On, But Won't Enter Bios

So yesterday I was moving stuff around near my desk, and I got caught on a cord and knocked my PC over. The power cord was pulled out of the PSU, and so it shut off immediately. Ever since then, I've gotten it to power on, but it won't enter bios, all I get is a blank screen. I've tried powering on with another HDMI cable, with the HDMI in the I/O instead of the GPU (my CPU doesn't have onboard graphics but I figured I would try it anyway), and I've reinstalled my GPU, ram, and HDD, but it still won't boot. Anyone have any ideas?

Specs are:
Ryzen 1600
MSI B350 PC Mate
Gigabyte RX 580
Corsair CX650M
Corsair 8gb LPX Vengeance (x2)
WD 1tb HDD

The battery was loose in the socket, so I pushed it down and it snapped in. However, I am still unable to enter bios. I also forgot to mention that I am seeing a light on EZ LED Debug that is labeled "VGA," although a light labeled "GPU" was also on earlier.

If you have an air cooled cpu, i strongly recommend to re-mount the cooler and replace the paste. Even from the horizontal coolers, this is the part that's most likely to come loose when transporting or moving PCs, and doubly so when knocking them to the ground. The cpu might have also got slightly shifted if the cooler shifted. If the computer doesn't find cpu, it won't start. I would also suspect the gpu is not sitting properly anymore. It could be that the PCIe slot is damaged and it could be the card itself which also has its own mini cpu and cooler. You could try re-seating the gpu into a different PCIe slot, see if it makes any difference. Also could try plugging it into a different computer to see if it's the card itself.

Yes, I am completely reassembling my PC, per another user's recommendation. The light on my GPU was flashing just after the incident, so I reinstalled it and it went back to cycling colors, as it normally does. I'll use my 2nd PCIe slot to test it if the issues persist, but unfortunately I don't have another desktop to test parts.
