Games/Computer keeps freezing have to hard restart

Certain games I play after about 10-20 mins in they freeze the whole computer freezes I cant tab out, alt-f4 or anything I have to hard restart this keeps recurring with the same games and some new games ive recently got. Games that have been freezing so far are Middle Earth Shadow of Mordor, Witcher 3, Hellblade - Senua's Sacrifice and other games just freeze then i have to end them through task manager, that is only when i alt tab out a few times mostly.

What CPU cooler are you using? Have you cleaned the dust out of your PC recently?

What are your CPU and GPU temps while sitting at your desktop? What are they while gaming or benchmarking?

What is the make and model of your power supply?

If it's usually a total computer freeze that is almost always either memory or the cpu locking up or overheating.

Graphics cards normally crash to the card's 2d mode so you can still have a working 2d desktop.

If your using the stock cooler, they are known not to be good enough for the FX-8350, even at stock speeds.

Google the settings for the FX8320. Set yours to that for now until you get a new cooler if you have the stock cooler.

dont know my CPU cooler? Looked inside just before full of dust.
sitting temp is 15-20 and gaming is 50-60

power supply model is Cooler Master Thunder 700W
