PC knocked over and now refuses to enter bios.

So yesterday I was moving stuff around near my desk, and I got caught on a cord and knocked my PC over. The power cord was pulled out of the PSU, and so it shut off immediately. Ever since then, I've gotten it to power on, but it won't enter bios, all I get is a blank screen. I've reinstalled my GPU, ram, and HDD, but it still won't boot. Someone also reminded me of the battery, so I checked and it was loose, and I had to snap it back into place. Anyone have any ideas?

Specs are:
Ryzen 1600
MSI B350 PC Mate
Gigabyte RX 580
Corsair CX650M
Corsair 8gb LPX Vengeance (x2)
WD 1tb HDD

Also I posted this earlier in GPU forums because a light labeled GPU on my mobo was on and my card was flashing colors at me. It hasn't happened since right after the fall though.

Fell about a foot and a half. That's the last time I keep it on my desk :(
I'll reassemble it and hopefully that works.

Pull everything when you do it. CPU, all the power connections, strip everything down because any of the connections could have been disturbed.

Visually inspect everything while it is out and apart for physical damage as well.

EDIT: I would take the board out of the case too. Just rebuild from scratch like it was new.

EDIT: Make sure you take the CMOS battery out of the motherboard too. Literally everything you can

Will do, it's completely disassembled now. The only damage I can see is a USB port that has been bent (still should be functional), and a heatsink fin on my GPU is bent. The GPU may have been bent when I got it though.

So we're getting somewhere! I completely rebuilt everything, and the EZ Debug LED labeled "VGA" shut off. Unfortunately, now the LED's labeled CPU and DRAM are on, and I'm still not getting any picture on my screen. I took out my second ram stick, and swapped the sticks, with no change. I've been trying to boot from USB, and I'll hold down F11 everytime for several minutes, although nothing has worked.

I would be willing to bet that the mainboard took a hit. If possible, the best thing you can do is individually test each component in another know-good system.

Don't have access to one :/ Can you think of any other dumb mistakes I might be making? I went through this sticky and nothing seemed to work.
