Very Low Upload Speeds

Hello!

Can anyone help me? My router's upload speeds are really slow. I get about 0.1 mbps to 0.50 mbps upload speeds. My WiFi plan is 20mbps download speed. I am using the Cisco DPC3827. Any fix to this? I want it to get to around 3-4 mbps upload speed. Please help me.

Run speedtest to get an accurate reading and tell me the upload and download speed. Bare in mind that this is the max and not the average speeds. Things that can affect it is other people or devices using the wifi, the wifi card itself, the server the website you are surfing on is hosted on, the distance to the router, the router itself and the isp / broadband provider.
