Bootloop about 4 times then boot normally

I installed msi after burner and then I rebooted and it boot looped without showing bios about 4 or 5 times then boots normally? What's happening?

Sounds like AfterBurner has nothing to do with the rebooting. If it didnt get past BIOS and start Windows then AfterBurner is not the issue. Do you have any overclocks applied to your processor or memory? Those are often times the reason for multiple successive bootloops. A lot of motherboards protect themselves against damaging overclocks by rebooting and applying default settings when an overclock fails.
