ASUS Geforce 750TI OC 2GB GDDR5 Not Booting

Hi;
I have bought a SH gfx card from CeX. When the card is inserted the PC will not boot. I tried installing the nVidia Drivers without the card installed but the installation will not complete because it cannot find a valid card.

Its an ASRock FM2 board with an AMD A6 CPU and Crucial Ballistix RAM.

when you say will not boot, do you mean:
won't turn on at all?
turns on then turns off?
turns on but displays nothing?

have you actually connected the display cable to the GPU?

what's your full system spec, including PSU?

It would power up but no display whatsoever. I did some fiddling and managed to get boot into windows. Then I tried to install the latest nVidia driver package and it failed. After some googling I found a solution on Freewisdoms here about running a utility called DD.

Even though I had already uninstalled the previous drivers it did its magic and I managed to install the Geforce Drivers and the card is working. The only problem now is that the PCIe 6 Pin Power socket is protutuding outside of my Antec Fusion case and even with a R/A adaptor I don't think the lid will fit on - time for some cutting?
