Will my Asus - H81M-C motherboard work with i5 4460 proccesor

I was building my pc on pc part picker and when i chose that motheboard and cpu, it said the following message:

"Some Intel H81 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Haswell Refresh CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions."

now is this problem a false positive, and if not, what kind of problem am i looking at?

It will work fine. Your motherboard manufaturer suggest Before using the new Intel 4th Gen Core processors, we suggest that you first download the BIOS updater for new Intel 4th Gen Core Processors and then update the BIOS using this tool.
