i tried every thing running it on system default setting, without overclocking , still its restarting after 10-15 minutes .... after oc its also doing same thing but in normal use its not restarting.

Please help and tell what i can do

has it just started doing this recently, or is it something that has gotten slowly worse over time?

seeing as you've reinstalled windows, then it's more likely to be either a GPU or PSU issue

easiest way to tell... do you access to another PC that you can try your GPU in? or can you try another GPU in your PC?

hmmm in that case, do a strip down and re-connect. Disconnect the PC from the mains, remove all devices from the PSU connections, clear cmos, reconnect everything and try again.

that might help resolve it

but if it doesn't and you haven't got access to another system, then is there a local PC shop you can take it to so they can test the GPU/PSU?
