Those are the plugs you'd use to power the 1080. 650s these days come with four of those plugs, so again the quality of your "700W" unit is in question. Heck, my 450W PSU has those same two cables. Use that PSU. Don't overclock anything, and do your best to keep the temps down. You should be fine.
