Bad motherboard or ram?

Ok so about a month and a half ago I installed a new AIO. Everything was good before then but now games and apps crash often. I RMA'D my ram (16 gb hyperx ddr4) and that didn't help. Got a new hard drive 1 tb wd blue. That didn't help. My cpu was over clocked and I reverted it but that didn't help. My mobo is a Asus prime z270a and am running windows 7 64bit. Please help as I am getting constant bugsplats in league of legends and really want to play :(

If your problems started with the new aio, then you should focus on that. First get something like HWMonitor or HWInfo and see what temps you get while playing.
Also post what model of case you have and where the aio is positioned. Finally, re-mounting the aio might be a good idea, re-checking all connections. Does your aio come with its own utility for fan/temp control?

All Temps are good. Gtx 1060 6gb i5 6600k and a deep cool captain 240 ex AIO. 1 tb wd blue hdd
