So back in 2014 I bought a computer from walmart on Cyber Monday.

Around 2015 I was having problems with the CPU fan so I bought The V8 GTS on the next Cyber Monday

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103189

Now I want to replace everything besides the CPU fan, the case, and the DVD/CD tray with a budget of $600 - $800

And I want to make sure everything fits in the case i already have. (The cooler now, barely fits)

What are my options?

Solution
I forgot you could go with a CPU that doesn't have a stock cooler, but they're more expensive anyway because they are better CPUs.

I can't tell if it fits standard ATX or just MicroATX motherboards. You can measure your current motherboard and compare the dimensions to ATX/mATX motherboards listed online. Or you can just stick to mATX and it will fit.

If the cooler fits now, it should fit with a different motherboard. Though some manufacturers say different motherboards can be millimeters difference.

I think you will need a new copy of Windows though. I recommend buying direct from Microsoft.

You've got a decent budget to use, I'll give some example builds:
