I'm wondering what is the max RPM it can achieve?

Mine doesn't go above from 2000RPM even controlling the fan curve.

Maybe is a little low...

I would like to get higher RPM values cause for some reason IM reaching 75ºC on Prime95 on stock freq... And I see people with the same processor and same cooler getting way better temps (65ºC).

With this temps I cant even think of overclocking...

Their temps could well be related to the rest of their system cooling though. Also are you on the latest BIOS? SOme BIOSes are reporting high temps.

As long as I know I have installed the last BIOS update (I updated my mobo just 2 weeks ago).
Maybe I should try to lower voltages... idk

I have the MSI B350 Gaming Plus.
Appart from the CPU fan I have two extra fans. One for intake (in the front of the case) and another one at the back for expelling.

And cable management in my case is kind of MOD edit language but not horrible

First off don't use profanity here.

Secondly I would consider cleaning up your cable management, can make a good difference. Also is the room cool?

Running the fan faster is not going to drop your temps 10 c. Also keep on mind Ryzen doesn't throttle till 95C. Even 90 is completely safe. I run mine (1800X) at 4.1ghz and hit 80C under prime in some cases.

Had the same problems with the 1600 reaching above 80°c.
Even though the ryzen cpu's can handle this type of heat i still didn't feel comfortable with those numbers.
Installed 3 new intake fans today and changed the fan curve and it's running about 20°c cooler so far.
What's your fan curve like?

My wraith spire cooler (from r7 box) runs up to max between 2570-2580 rpm when I let it run on max, although I usually just leave it on default which ranges between 700-1000 and it keeps the processor at ~40 C at a semi-idle environment (10~20% utilization). It goes up to 62C under a 100% stress test during which time the fan spins at 1800 rpm.

What motherboard are you on by the way? Also, did you re-seat the cooler without replacing the thermal paste? (just asking because I don't know what else could be wrong, unless maybe you live in the desert :D)

As others stated before, if there are wires flying around, it may be a good idea to tidy them up a bit.

Try to update to the latest BIOS, and if you already have it, try playing with voltages a bit. My 1500x is OCd to 3.8GHz on 1.2875v and max temps on Aida64 are 68c

Did you mean 1.3875v? because my 1500x is OCd to 3.825GHz and I can't get it down any lower than 1.3875

I meant 1.2875v. Specifically in the motherboard I use (MSI B350M gaming pro), I have 1.2875v on the Vcore and 3.8GHz. But I can't hit 3.9GHz no matter what. For what I've seen on many youtube vids, this chips mostly hit 3.8 on stock cooler and reasonable voltages (<1.35v) for a stock cooler. But to get to 3.9 or higher, I'd have to use 1.45 most likely and that's way too much for stock cooler I think.
