Would a Seasonic S12II 620 be appropriate for this build:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600x
Graphics Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 G1 Gaming
RAM: 16 GB Corsair Vengeance LPX Dual Channel Kit
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B350-PLUS

Currently I have a Corsair VS550 installed and I really wanna swap it out. Also, is it detrimental to the overall health and performance of the components if I stressed them while I had this PSU installed? I.E. Gaming, benchmarking.

Solution
Seasonic S12II is a solid unit with good parts inside and should be pretty appropriate for this build. Those components should not draw more than 400w max and you will still have around 200w of headroom for any kind of stress testing or benchmarking you wanna do. Should be more than sufficient.

Thanks for the fairly quick response, however I was also looking for the answer to whether or not I harmed my components' lifespan or performance by stress testing them while running the Corsair VS550.
