I'm making a batch that will echo things from a text file. I know how to do that when the .bat and the .txt have the same location, but I don't know how to do that when they have different locations. Sorry, I'm having trouble explaining this. But say in a folder I have 2 things, a batch and a folder with a text file in it. I want the batch file to echo what is in the text file.
