SSD ON SATA II Compliant Board

Dear Sir,

I have a AMD ATHLON 64 Bit X2 System with 4GB Ram and 1GB Dedicated Graphics Card. My motherboard is Asus M2N68 AM Plus. I would want to speed my system as I am upgrading it to 8GB DDR2 RAM. I would also want the SSD to be added helping my system to speed up and give me better performance during multitasking.

To improve your multitasking performance, the RAM upgrade is a start. You could also upgrade your CPU from a dual core to a quad or 6 core CPU.
