As title says, pc locked up while I was watching a stream on twitch, was forced to hard shut it down by power button. Upon turning it back on, everything seemed to go as normal, except monitors stayed in stand by mode (1 monitors indicator light stayed orange (normal for pc off, turns blue when in use) the other 1 (TV) said no source found) I took side panel off and cpu fan was running, hard drives were humming, looked under gpu and the fans were not spinning (GPU has no other indicators (lights) that it has power outside of fans.
So i turned pc off once again, took out GPU and gave it a once over, there seemed to be no visible damage (blowns caps/burns/etc) so I put it back in, kept 1 monitor hooked up, started up pc again, keeping an eye on GPU fans, everything seemed to boot up (fans included) monitor stayed in stand by tho and then after about 25-35 seconds, GPU fans stopped again.

Geforce gtx 960 SSC GPU
Sandisk 250gb SSD
Toshiba 2tb HDD
Crucial ballistic memory 2x6gb
Cool master 500 watt psu
Update: took video card out, hooked up another monitor with VGA connects to Mobo. Started it up, still nothing. Mobo light is on, fan in case and CPU fan spinning away. Hard drives humming
