My pc stuck randomly and need hard reset

1.Do you have temps? maybe you need to reapply thermal paste? sounds like an overheating problem...if you can't check via software or bios, just open your case and check the heatsink by hand... you will know when it is too hot.
2. Dead Ram, it can be one of your ram is corrupted or dead, unplug both sticks (if it 2x1GB) or one stick (if it is 1x2GB). Try different slots, or check on different system. Doubt ram is the issue but you never know. If you have 2 ram sticks then stick one stick first and boot, see if it helps, if not unplug and repeat.

thermal paste is between your cpu and heatsink.

Do you mean that your pc is freezing after 2 hours instead of 5 min? If so, is there any dust on the heatsink, if yes just clean it.Make sure your case is free of dust and your case has enough air flow.
I really think your problem is a heating problem. Make sure to check temps with hwmonitor or msi afterburner. Post your temps here and we will help you further
