Most acoustically efficient AIO cooler?

Hello,

I'm trying to find a 240 mm AIO liquid cooler that is the most acoustically efficient in an out of the box configuration. In other words, what liquid cooler out there offers the best cooling at a given noise level (for example 35 dB) or what liquid cooler is the quietest among them that can keep the same CPU at X degrees.

Please provide sources if know any. Thanks!

Not sure what happened to that Swiftech..

Here's some other product links, though I've not read in-depth reviews:
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181060&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

I think the H105 has a thicker radiator than normal so ensure if fits...

Not sure what else to suggest. The H100i and similar seem okay. Some of them don't appear to have full FAN CONTROL. I prefer to have the option to connect the fans to the CPU_FAN header and control via the motherboard software.

Yes, 240 mm max due to the limitations of the case that I'll be working with. Radiators thicker than the standard 25 mm are ok, though. I know that most AIO's come with 240 mm and 280 mm radiator variants, so hopefully that constraint isn't too much of a problem.

Yeah, I'm just looking for the best pre-built liquid cooler in terms of acoustics with a 240mm radiator. I'm not looking for any custom kits or budget oriented options at this moment. I'll be cooling an R7 1700 at 3.7 Ghz and 1.25 V with it.

Here's a little bit of background info in case it helps understand my problem:
What I'm actually doing is testing and comparing a computer case prototype to some other cases using various cooling solutions. I already have some air coolers to test with, and I need to test an AIO in it just because it's conceptually different type of cooler.

Conducting this experiment with a custom loop in each case would be far too time consuming and difficult to repeat, hence the search for a good AIO. I'd might as well choose one that offers the most drastically different acoustic and thermal performance compared to my air coolers (Wraith Spire and H7 Universal). I'm also going to throw a pair of air cooled GTX 1080's in there to generate some extra heat and allow for a better understanding of how well this case cools the components.

Thank you for the suggestion. I saw this article too, and it currently looks like the Swiftech is definitely at or near the top of acoustic efficiency among 240mm AIO's. I just can't find a single retailer that sells them anymore. Same goes with a lot of other coolers on that list : (

Some have preset profiles you can't fine tune. That's why I mention the CPU_FAN option so you can drop to about 800RPM which should be pretty quiet.

If being QUIET is most important consider a good air cooler if possible, even if you have to slightly drop the max overclock of your CPU.

Not sure of the CPU so can't give better advice.

My older Noctua NH-D14 is barely audible under full load.

*and the CASE makes a big difference in how well it dampens noise.
