So I just finished building my very first pc.
Specs: ryzen 5 1600
Asus b350f strix mobo
16gb ddr4 3000mghz
Gtx 1070
128gb SSD
1tb HDD
EVGA 550w 80+ gold

Everything went smoothly except my HDD doesn't appear under storage only my SSD does which I installed windows on. I checked where you can change the partition name or path but only the SSD appears to have that option. The SSD is blue in that menu and is known as disc 0
The HDD appears under there but it's in black as I allocated space and when I right click it doesn't give me the option to set the partition.

The second issue I'm having is I just flashed the bios to the Lates one which supports ram speeds and tried to run my 3000mhz ram at 2933 speed but it booted in safe mode since I guess it didn't work do I have to change anything besides the speed? Voltage maybe? Thanks

Solution
You should change both the voltage and timings also. Look at the ram and you should find a small sticker with all these informations. Normally i would suggest to just load XMP profile but not sure if that works on Ryzen systems.
