I was told that the processor and the graphics were low. I want the computer to be able to run PlayerUknown Battlegrounds But more importantly AutoCad.

I'm sorry to say, but you cant really upgrade your laptop. Unless it has a USB-C Thunderbolt 3 port, your outta luck, and so you'll need a new computer. If you do have a USB-C Thunderbolt 3 port, you can add a graphics amplifier like the Razer Core with a dedicated discrete GPU to boost performance, and even so, you would have pretty bad CPU performance.

Nothing. Very few laptops are upgradeable the way you are needing and most of those start out life as a lower end gaming laptop to begin with. Vast majority of laptops have a cpu that's soldered to the mobo instead of a socket as such, the gpu is a daughter board added on. Really the only user accessible parts are the ram and storage.
