Hello there,

If installing the graphics card isn't a problem for you, then I say go for it! Your current processor does botleneck the GTX 1060, but once you get the new PC up and running it shouldn't be a problem.

EDIT: (you'll see a nice bump in performance with the GTX 1060 over the 950)
