Visual artifacts during startup and unable to install graphics drivers

Hello everyone,

I am having some trouble with my GPU. Yesterday, during completely normal operation, my computer just crashed without warning. When I tried to restart, it would enter into a bootloop and visual artifacts appeared during POST (pictures included). I first tried changing it to a different PCIe slot, but it just started displaying different artifacts, although it managed to get to the login screen of windows. But after entering the password, the whole screen would turn static, so I needed to restart again. I also tried cleaning the PCIe slots and the connector on the GPU, but it didn't help.

After going through all these things multiple times and waiting a night I decided to remove the GPU completely and tried connecting my display to the iGPU of my CPU. Everything worked like a charm, no visual artifacts of any kind, not even during POST. This also leads me to believe that the GPU is indeed the culprit of all these problems. At this point I decided to use Display Drivers Uninstaller to remove the NVIDIA graphics drivers.

To my surprise, after I inserted the GPU and booted the PC, even though the artifacts during POST still appeared, I was able to log in to Windows and use the PC, although at a very low resolution of 800*600, which, I assume, was because of the lack of graphics drivers. So I went to NVIDIA's website, downloaded the latest drivers and started the installation. Everything finished as planned, but after restarting the PC, nothing had changed, as if I had never installed the drivers. I tried to do this multiple times, but I got the same result every time: artifacts during POST, low resolution, no drivers installed. I also tried booting into safe mode, rerunning DDU and installing the drivers again, but it didn't change anything

So now I am stuck either using my PC without a GPU, or running everything at a very low resolution and without graphics drivers.

If you have any suggestions as to what could allow me to install the drivers or what is causing the artifacts during POST, please help me. Thank you in advance.
