Will the a6-6400k bottleneck the gt 1030

crucial ballistix 4gb @1866 Mhz
500 gb hdd
Hd 8470d (integrated)

So Ive been wanting to upgrade my Pc. I do autocad, light photoshopping, browsing and watching. I play games too but only mobas this time because budget is tight. So my questions are
1. Will the a6-6400k bottleneck the gt 1030?
2. If not, what manufacturer should i choose when buying a gt 1030?(Pls make a list where the number 1 would be the best for my cpu and the last would be good)
PLs dont reccommend other graphics card because i dont have much money right now. The only reason im gonna upgrade is because someone in our area is selling different kinds of gt 1030 at 35$.

In more cpu intensive games yes. Moba's are usually more on the cpu intensive side so you won't see the full performance of the gt 1030. That said it's way better than what you have now.

How much will be the bottleneck? Is it so big that getting the gpu will not be worth it? BTW im only using a 1366X768 (720p) monitor

You'll get a performance bump that will be worth it.
