Hello all. I have had a MyBookLive 2GB NAS for several years and I was always able to see it in windows explorer and map the shares to different drive letters. I am using Windows 10 and recently the network connections were lost and I can no longer click on the drive letters to open files. The only thing that works is using the "My Cloud" program from WD.
When I click on network I can see the icon for my server and I used to be able to right click it, then click open and it would open a page in file explorer that showed the different shares. Now when I do this it opens my web browser and takes me to the web page for the drive and all of its settings.
I noticed that the old address used to be 192.168.0.2 and now it is 192.168.0.4. I have tried to assign drive letter but it does not see any of the shares.
Can anyone help me with this please?
