Computer Issues After Rebuild...

I recently rebuild my computer into a new case, and in the old case everything was fully functional and working. When I built everything into the new case, it powered on and booted up for about 5 seconds and then fully shut off. On screen, it got through the motherboard logo but when the windows logo flashed up it immediately shut down. I have done a lot to try and fix this: reseated the memory, reseated the GPU, re-plugged everything back into the motherboard, and I also took the motherboard out and put it back in. This is a really annoying problem and I just want to play some games. Thanks.

Sounds like a pcb is contacting the metal of the case.

Is the motherboard mounted propely on the standofs and not touching any metal?
Is the gpu's board touching any metal?
Is any powerd cable making contact with the case (with it's metal parts)?
Os the hard drive making contact with the case with it's pcb?

The standoffs are installed, but not all of them. I took out 2 of them that were touching the PCB of the motherboard, same problem. No to the next 2, and yes the hard drive is making contact but that shouldnt affect the boot of the system since it's booting on an SSD.

The hard drive can shortcircuit and cause the pc to shut off.
