I am sure it will work your CPU and board is for 4th gen which is not very old and there must be a PCI-E slot in motherboard which is want GPU wants
if possible show us the Image of motherboard

It will work in any motherboard made for that CPU. Just make sure your PSU can power it and have the 6pin connector needed.

Just make sure you have a PCI-E power cable for it (and a power supply with enough power for it). Should work on your MB no problem.
