I'm currently downloading a 3 GB file, but chrome says it's downloading at about 60 KB, whereas an internet speed test said my download speed is 12 Mbps which divided by 8 means it should be 1.5 MB. Which is obviously a lot more than 60 KB, so how can I fix this? According to chrome downloading at 60 KB means that the 3 GB download will take 9 hours! (I have already downloaded 0.6 GBs)
I'm getting extremely slow internet speeds, how can i fix this?

it all depends where you are downloading from
doesnt matter how fast you are capable of
if where ever supplying the file wont go fast enough

I didn't think about that, so I went to download the file from a different source and now from the new source the download speed is about 950 KB/s which is much better so now chrome says it will only take 45 mins, thanks
