I recently installed a new hard drive into my pc but after that I can't get into my pc .
When I boot my pc it shows
The following configuration options were automatically updated then its shows the hard drive.
It says to press F1: save changes but whenever I press f1 nothing happens . My keyboard isn't broken because it lights up but I can't use it in boot mode , before this problem happened I was able to use my keyboard to type in my password. Please help me it's been like this for 2 weeks and I don't know what to do
