Depends on the clocks you wanna run on that chip. For stock to medium OC, get the Cryorig H7. For medium to high clocks get the Mugen 5 or Fuma. For extreme clocks get the Cryorig R1 or Noctua NH-D15.
For AIO get the Corsair H100i.

Well light will depend on the fans with the cooler being rgb. Which even if the cooler doesn't come with initially (and many have the option to) you can add yourself later.
