Hi,
I have to buy a new laptop. I'm choosing from 2 laptops:
1. Lenovo 310.i7-7500u(2.7ghz, turbo3.5 ghz) + 8gb ddr4 + 2gb GT 920M + 2 tb hdd(5400 rpm), 1080p screen
2. Lenovo 320 i5-7200u(2.5 ghz, turbo 3.1 ghz) + 8gb ddr4 + 2gb GT 940MX + 1 tb hdd(5400 rpm), 1080p screen
I'm using the laptop for 4, 5 open Chrome browsers, one streaming video and 1 program for trading with stocks.

Which one will be better for me, and which one to choose?

Thanks in advance.

They'll probably be roughly the same for your use, so if the i7 isn't that much more expensive it's probably worth it. However, I'd really be looking for an SSD if I was buying a laptop these days. A 5400RPM hard drive will make your computer feel sluggish regardless of what kind of CPU you have.
