Looking to build my first PC

Sorry if this seems repetitive. Looking towards building my first gaming PC (it's cheaper and seems more beneficial than just buying one). Also sorry if this is the wrong section to post this, newbies always seem to mess things up somehow, I know. Anyhow I have been looking through Tom's Hardware for the last several weeks now and have been deciding on what parts I should get, do's and don'ts when assembling, tips on certain areas, etc.

Finally I have compiled a list of parts I think should do the job fine.
My budget is around $1500-$1750, though this list is at $1400 I am looking to see if there could be anything to add or upgrade that might be helpful.

I mostly play Call of Duty, Grand Theft Auto, Battlefields, and Rainbow Six Siege.

Reason for building is I want to switch from console gaming to the PC world
(heard it's a lot better anyhow)

So if you could please, leave some feedback. Good or bad; I'll take it either way. Looking for a solution of "YES or No, because.... "

Thanks!

(Sorry for horrible pricing and info scheme, just copied and pasted all info)

Solution
I have an NZXT S340 and it came with 2x 120mm fans, 1 rear, 1 top. I think you only need 4 fans if you want to toss the NZXT ones. Plus the AiO radiator will take up one fan slot.

I don't think a liquid AiO is necessary, especially that one. It probably wouldn't give you any better performance than the stock cooler that comes with the R5 1600. If you want a better than stock cooler without spending $100 on a 240mm AiO, mid-range air cooler like the Cryorig H5 or Dark Rock 3 would be two of my recommendations.

Other than that, I can't think of anything at the moment..
The button that says [bb] out beside the share buttons on PCPartPicker, click it and it will give you a bunch of markup code language, just copy/paste all that in the forum and it will look like this:

After looking at your build the only thing I would suggest is a better GPU, a GTX 1070 because it's of course better performance, it fits the budget, and it will offer a better gaming experience in the years to come. If the RX Vega 56 was readily available at MSRP I would suggest that.

Second I might try and convince you to buy an i7 or a Ryzen 5 1600. The 7600K, especially OC'd would do well in most all games today. Only thing is in 2-3 years form now, it might lag behind the Ryzen 5 1600 in CPU intensive games.

Edit: forgot about the [bb] thing, should look nicer.
Sound about right? Does seem cheaper, gives some extra $$$ for peripherals.
