Hi, I am looking to build a gaming PC that can run all the new games like PUBG on medium-high with around 60fps.

I have no clue on what parts I should get so I tried searching for good builds around $700, as I also need to buy a monitor.

I came across this list to start with:

CPU: Intel - Pentium G4560 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor ($78.89 @ B&H)
Motherboard: ASRock - B250M Pro4 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($74.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($121.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung - 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($89.99 @ B&H)
Video Card: Asus - GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Dual Series Video Card ($439.99 @ B&H)
Case: Corsair - 100R ATX Mid Tower Case ($49.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($85.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $941.82

I know this list is $941 even though I said $700, but due to the mining thing going on I think the prices should go down by November(maybe?). (I am hoping to have all parts by November end)

Please leave suggestions and edits on how to make this PC better or reduce the price.
Other than that I am looking for deals on reddit to get the parts below msrp.

Thank you in advance.

A bit more balanced and around your budget. For now this is what I'd recommend however parts can change in the next few months.
