First time building a pc, when i turn it on it stays on for a while then reset

Title says it all I'm not sure what to do also it wont connect to a monitor, please help.

CPU
AMD - Ryzen 3 1200 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor


Motherboard
*ASRock - AB350M Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard


Memory
*Team - Vulcan 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory


Storage
*Toshiba - P300 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Video Card
*Asus - GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB Phoenix Video Card


Case
Cooler Master - N200 MicroATX Mini Tower Case

Power Supply
*Corsair - CXM 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

Monitor
*BenQ - GW2270 21.5" 1920x1080 60Hz Monitor

Walk through your mb manual and follow every step for all the case connections?

Any led or beep commutation on the board to look up and see error code?

Built 15 or so computer and dead on arrival mother boards do happen but I would trouble shoot everything first.
