Gta V running really badly

So i upgraded from a 750 ti to a 1050 ti and i expected GTA to run well, but i have a lot of settings on medium besides texture and its randomly going from 57 fps to 20.

system spces:
i5 4590
1050 ti
8gb ram
1 tb hdd

to be clear it worked well with the 750 before? because it sounds like your running integrated graphics

yes.It was running fine before

go to desktop
right click your desktop and open "NVIDIA control panel"
under the "manger 3D settings" select program settings
find GTA and make sure high-performance NVIDIA processor

i've got a hunch that that won't work so can you please take a photo of your "configure surround, Physx" tab please

also what port on the graphics card did you use?
is it the same as the last graphics card?

I did everything you said and it seems to be running a bit better and yes it's the same port.
