I have looked through all the threads non of the solutions work. I recently bought parts for a home pc.
Boistar A770E3 AM3
AMD Athalon II X4 qaud core 640
Gigabyte GT420 DDR3 PCIe 2.0
4x 2G DDR3 1333 240 pin
Seagate baracuda 250G 7200RPM
Don't know the DVD RW brand
Rosewill 500W 80plus bronze
Case & fan work: NA
Summary:
Put everything together working fine installed Win 7, loaded drivers for card and onbaord audio. I didn't put in windows key yet i wanted to make sure everything worked. Well it didn't system crashed and got error codes BSOD for the ram. So i did a memory test system detected bad hardware.
I had started Windows again, and OS desided to update I let it finish, and shut down the comp. When i went to restart it again froze on animation.
Waited for other ram i had ordered, installed that ram started up Windows same thing freezing at animation.
Reset cmos
Replaced battery
Replaced ram
Tried the amd Athalon II X2 that came with motherboard
Tried safe mode no start, and all other start options.
Used other graghics card from other desktop
Put HDD in other desktop reformatted all partitions.
Tried to do fresh install Windows 7 pro, oem disc, it's stopping at a different part of the start animation.
Ready to throw the damn thing off the balcony. All help, and suggestions are welcome Thank You.
