[ASK] Best AMD CPU for GTX 1050ti

I currently have the AMD A8-6600k processor, I'm planning for the upgrade so I decided to buy an fastest fm2+ or an new ryzen 1300x processor soon with the motherboard of course, so back in the case I currently own that processor so I wanna know are its bottlenecked? Explain me pls and give me some recommendations please.. Thanks
My spec : A8-6600k + Asus A58M-E + 8GB RAM

Bottleneck is pretty misunderstood buzzword because it may manifest differently in different applications/games, some favor CPU and some GPU while on others RAM speed and size can also influence performance.

Only but slight "upgrade" on that MB would be Athlon x4 870k which should be close enough match to GTX 1050Ti. Ryzen on the other hand would be much better.

Ok, but if I play with lower resolution like 1336x668 are it gonna be a big deal? If I would build a newer PC like ryzen with $450 budget can u give me some selection please? :)
