Will my 750w psu provide enough headroom?

Just want to be sure, since I'm getting inconsistent results between different psu calculators.
Build is in sig, but just in case:
cpu: 7820x @ 4.5, uncore - 3.0, ~1.27v
cooler: NH-D15S in dual fan mode
ram: 16GB @ 2666
gpu: 1080ti - core+100, mem+150
storage: 180GB & 1TB SSDs, 1TB HDD
optical drive: 1x combo
monitors: 1x 27in 1440p, 1x 24in 1080p
case: phantom 820, 4x 200mm & 4x 140mm fans
psu: Seasonic Prime 750w

I also plan to add another ssd to this in the near future.
Can my current psu reliably handle this setup, or would I need something a little bigger?

I might of been a little low on that assumption, I skimmed past your build too quick.

On a gaming load, that CPU draws ~80w. Source.
At a very high gaming load the gpu draws 300w when OCed.. Source.
Say each fan consumes max 5w. 5 * 10 = 50w.
Drives + ram + OD is likely 50w together.
That's 480w total, though this is looking at an intense situation. The system would likely use 400 - 450w at a regular gaming load.

650w is fine, so is 750w.

my back of eyelid caculations show you are fine.
there is no way your CPU Drives and other parts will use 400W that is assuming 350W for the GPU which is a very high estimate.
140W CPU estimate 190 overclocked
250W for CPU estimate 350W overclocked
leaving 210W for the rest of system.
you should be fine

Really, only THAT much? Would you say that the psu I got was overkill? Would a 650w have worked as well?
Then again the 1080ti's minimum requirement is a 600w psu, and skylake-x is a power hungry chip when OC'd... but that's why I asked here to be sure.
The reason I got the 750w in the first place was due to those blasted calculators... so those things just over-complicate matters.
