I have dual core e6600 4gb ram and 250 HD and gtx 440 1gb graphics card. Can I run GTA 5 on it?
Or I need more ....

Solution
Spent 5 minutes sifting through countless posts by people who assumed the minimum specs meant it required a quad core (or dual core with hyperthreading) CPU. Finally changed my search terms and it turns out GTA V will in fact run on a dual core (2 thread) CPU.

Recommended System Requirements

It runs, but it will be in the lowest settings possible and you wont be having a good gaming experience.

Peace.
