Receiving Event 41 Kernel Power, PC 'MSI' boot logo loads twice

Is this something to worry about?

I checked my 'event viewer' and the 'critical' is the 'Event 41 Kernel Power(63).
Research tells me that its to do with PC shutting down randomly or unexpectedly.

My PC is functioning and working fine, HD tune shows its all good (just recently installed SSD and reinstalled everything on it) and have 2TB hd. It showed this message before I did this also...

Not quite sure what to do :?

I was told by 'Colif' not to really worry, but this 'Event 41 Kernel Power' seems to happen everyday as seen in image (turning my PC on in the morning/off at night).

PC is working absolutely fine, no HD Tune errors or anything but MS Tech said its to do with a corrupt file and I need to reinstall system files? I dont see that as being necessary

Ok I ran a 'Windows memory diagnostic' and results were fine.
Also, I think I know the issue but dont know how to fix it

Ever since I had to 'flash' update my BIOS, maybe even after I reinstalled Windows 10 on my new SSD (and now use my HD as storage), when I power on my PC, there is a 'new' MSI boot logo.
The reason I say a 'new' logo is because it used to say 'MSI' (with an image behind it), and displayed other options like pres 'del' for BIOS, f11 for other option.
Now it just shows 'MSI' (with black screen as background) and the loading dotted circle. It then refreshes and shows the logo/loading again and loads PC. Its as it the logo is shown twice...


P.S My BIOS/PC now supports UEFI mode which is why I had to reinstall WIndows 10

Yes, when I power on my PC it does the 'twice' MSI startup then loads PC. I check event viewer and it shows the Kernel at the time of when I power on PC.

I didnt reset BIOS to default before I flashed. ATM I am updating one of my Sound drivers 'Realtek High Definition Audio' using 'Driver Easy' so I will see if it fixes the issue..?

The issue just started when this evening. I updated audio diver (official MSI MB website), downloaded AVG also.
I turned my PC off, came back 15 minutes later, booted up, logged in (which was rather slow), and recieved the black screen with taskbar and mouse.

I booted into safe mode ok. I spoke to Microsoft supp and they told me to clean install Windows 10 again from scretch onto SSD. I said I prefer to restore image from 2 weeks ago but dno what to do :(

P.S I prefer to talk about this issue on the otehr thread I created :/
