I currently have gtx960 and i5-6600k with8gb ram with crappy cooler and case i decided to buy gtx1060+cpu cooler 16gb ram and new case (for i7 and gtx1080) i have a question will my i5 bottleneck with 1060 and will 1060 bottleneck with i7-7700k? (I want new case and cooler cause my pc overheats (no overlocking) cause of 8-10h of gaming i read on one forum that it might be miner virus that uses your cpu 100% and in task manager i have cpu almst 98-100% when pubg is running cause if you have no games running virus auto turns off is that virus?

It all depends on the game so their no answer.
Some games take avantage of the i7 and some are more video card dependent.
Your going to have a bottleneck with anything you buy.
Their never been a PC built without one and never will be its not like your using a old FX CPU with a GTX 1080ti.
