So last night I was messing around on my computer when my EVGA gtx 1060 gave out on me. I restarted the computer and got this black screen with two horizontal white lines

I tried reseating the thing, but that didn't help at all. I still can access the BIOS on startup, so I tried resetting the settings to default, but that didn't do much. Now I'm at a loss of what to do other than to replace the card, since I haven't found much of this issue online.
If you need any specs or info, just ask.
Let me note I'm not too well versed in PCs, and this card is about a month old.
