cheapest psu upgrade for an optiplex 380?

i have a optiplex 380 the mini-tower model.... and i would like to upgrade it as much as possible.. and that old 250w psu doesn't help... what is the cheapest 450w psu to fit in this case and to have the same camples ?

The Optiplex 380 MT will take an ATX PSU which is good for you. The pics I could find also shows it having a normal 20/24 pin motherboard connector, but you should double check this to be sure.

When it comes to PSUs cheapest is a bad idea. You are replacing that psu for a reason, that reason is not to create a fire hazard.

The Corsair CX450M is the best budget 450w psu these days. Many times with rebates you can get it for around $30
