I recently bought fx 8350 i haven't overclocked it and it is with a stock cooler that works very loud usually it stays at 6000rpm about 40C idle (80C full load)
Motherboard:Asrock 970 Pro3 R2.0
RAM:12GB Kingston
HDD:2TB
GPU:Gigabyte GTX 1050ti 4gb
PSU:Corsair vs650
i checked amd overdrive for my thermal margin and it stays about 50C at idle but when you try to make a stability test
While on full load

The thermal margin on load (sorry for the phone taken picture but it was not even able to Printscreen here :D )

The thermal paste is the cooler's stock and i dont know if it is ok and also are this the normal voltage for the cpu or that isnt the reason for overheating, thanks in advice !

It isn't overheating or throttling if the margins are positive at full load. They are lower than ideal (10°C), but I'd be more worried about the motherboard's VRM that will throttle the CPU if you install a tower style aftermarket cooler. You can't ignore this ASRock's note: "* For cooling the CPU and its surrounding components, please install a CPU cooler with a top-down blowing design." That obviously limits the type of cooler that can be installed.
