I recently upgraded my laptop to 8 gigabytes of DDR3 ram, i scavenged a 4gigabyte ram stick out of my old laptop, which was surprisingly running the same specifications (ddr3 sodimm 1600MHZ) the only thing differs is that the scavenged stick only runs at 1.5V whilst the stock ramstick runs at 1.35/1.5

My Bios nor Windows is recognizing the extra ram whilst programs like CPU-Z and RAMmon do detect it

The laptop is a Acer Aspire e5 573G 59WK

Am i able to get these 2 sticks working together or should i buy a completely new ramstick with a DDR3L specification

Thanks in Advance
