Only one ram card works at a time

RAM: G.SKILL Aegis 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200)

So when I have both Ram sticks plugged in, the computer will not turn on...it wont even go to the BIOS screen...When I take out one of the ram sticks, it will turn on...I have tried both sticks, in all the slots, and they all work when it is only 1...the second i plug in a second one, it wont turn on anymore, and i have also tried having 2 in every configuration possible

please help
 
Solution
Remove CPU and check it and its socket CAREFULLY for any bent or damaged pins/pads. Also make sure there is no dust, dirt, debris etc on or amongst the pins/pads. Remount CPU carefully and evenly.

Latest BIOS installed? If not, then try upgrading BIOS to latest version 7A57v14.

After updating BIOS and if still have problems, then increase DRAM Voltage again (no higher than 1.35 V).

i cleared the CMOS before posting the thread...
how do i increase the DRAM voltage?

i increased the DRAM Voltage to 1.35, and i still have the same problem...i see the error code 00-4C-55, and then too many numbers change too fast and i cant see the rest of it
