Have 8gb ram installed, Windows sees 6, less than 4 useable

i have my maximum memory set to 0 and unchecked , bios is also using 2gb of ram according to the programs i have

I am not clued up with AMD hardware at all but I hope to own ryzen cpu soon, but anyway try the following:

1. Type "msconfig" in the start run bar. This will open system configuration.
2. Now click on the "boot" tab and in that window you will see "advanced boot options" so click that as well.
3. A new window will open and you will on the left cpu core detection and enable/disable options and on the right maximum memory, set it to 8gigs of memory, note 1 gig = 1024 mbs.
