no idea what is wrong with computer. ram, disk usage, memory not sure messed up cant run games

Can someone possibly tell me why only 3.9 of 8 GB of ram is available with no programs running? Also when I pull up task manager it tells me 100% of disk is being used and 70% of memory is in use with no programs running? Computer is overall laggy and slow. I'm attempting to play pubg also which is very intensive on the computer, in doing so nothing renders, very low fps and extremely laggy not playable at all. I think something is seriously wrong with my computer. I've attempted every solution I could find on youtube and google but nothing has helped me so far. Thank you for reading this any help would be greatly appreciated.

GTX 750 Ti
AMD 6300 six core processor
8 GB Ram (3.98 usable)
I just ran both programs neither of which fixed the problem, did remove some junk off computer though. still looking for solution.

I took the ram sticks out and put them in different ports, this allowed me to use all 8GB of ram. disk and memory still running high on task manager but can play game very smoothly now thanks alot. Any idea why disk and memory are running so high?
