According to this there are no real reviews, so it's hard to say. There are some good things about it such as semi modular. It oddly though claims to be able to output all power through the 12V rail. This implies it uses DC to DC tech, though those are rated 80+ Gold or better. I can't ever recall seeing a PSU that can output 99% power through the 12V rail and not use DC to DC. Finally, the OEM is Sirtec, which isn't known for top quality. They've done it randomly in the past, but I'd rather use a CWT or FSP unit over Sirtec.
