I purchased a new router. A TP-Link AC1750. I thought I set it up correctly. My PS4 was able to connect to it and it works just fine. But I have two laptops and when I look at the available networks on the both of them, they show an x in a circle next to the network name and won't let me connect to it. When i click connect, it just backs out.

One idea...if you are trying to use the same wifi name and password as the router being replaced, then you need to have your laptops "forget" the wireless network name, then reconnect to it as if it was a completely new connection.
